Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, focused on sourcing top Accounting and Finance professionals across all our brands, including Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises . This individual will also provide support across various shared services functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for accounting and finance roles across all corporate brands.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
• Utilize Workday to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Provide occasional recruiting support to additional departments such as Supply Chain, People Excellence (HR), New Build, and Vessel Operations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience focused on accounting and finance professionals .
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a mid-to-large corporate environment .
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Proficiency with Workday Recruiting platform is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
