We are fortunate enough to be backed by top healthcare and consumer VCs such as LRVHealth, 8VC, and Andreessen Horowitz.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians and other Care Coordinators to ensure timely and high-quality support for all patients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance care coordination and order fulfillment processes, contributing to the development of best practices.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for patient needs across the organization, ensuring a high standard of patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to the achievement of established clinical goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards.
  • Participate in meetings as appropriate.
