The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing partnerships with 15-25 local non-profits, ensuring they receive the necessary financial and volunteer support to maximize their impact in the community. This role involves strategically identifying pressing community needs, mobilizing resources, and overseeing large-scale service events. The Chief Ministry Officer will also be expected to embody a servant leadership philosophy, driving community engagement while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission of holistic support. Candidates for the Chief Ministry Officer position should have a Bachelor's degree, with significant non-profit organization experience being ideal. The role requires a candidate who is business and non-profit savvy, understands the local church culture, and is passionate about serving the community. Personal characteristics include a deep love for Jesus and His church, a commitment to the organization's mission and DNA, and a strong understanding of partnership development principles.
