Commercial Real Estate Attorney/Associate
Top Richmond law firm seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney/Associate . The successful candidate will focus on various aspects of commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing . Responsibilities encompass drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents such as sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, development-related contracts, and loan documents . Additionally, the role involves managing due diligence efforts , including title and survey reviews .
3 plus years of experience in a real estate practice of a legal setting and an active Virginia bar license required.
