COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LEASING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Our corporate client, a prominent Atlanta-based Commercial Real Estate Development and Investment firm, is seeking a Leasing Administrative Assistant to join its Legal Department. This is not a property management or sales position. This full-time role will report to the Lease Paralegal and is responsible for supporting the preparation and management of commercial lease documents.
You should have 3-5 years of legal administrative experience handling Commercial Real Estate transactions , ideally with a focus on lease administration. Responsibilities include assisting with initiating and revising lease documents such as amendments, renewals, terminations, and assignments; managing redlines using Workshare; assembling exhibits; coordinating document signatures via DocuSign; and organizing files both physically and digitally. The role also involves assisting with due diligence on acquisitions and sales, maintaining lease production reports, and collaborating closely with leasing agents, property managers, and construction teams. A strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints are essential.
REQUIRED: HS Diploma or GED; 3–5 years of real estate/leasing administrative experience; proficiency in MS Outlook and Word; excellent proofreading, grammar, and document formatting skills; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MRI and Global Search is preferred.
