Job Description

Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize all aspects of our warehouse as we undergo a period of rapid expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to build and improve operational systems from the ground up while working closely with senior leadership across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple shifts
• Directly and indirectly manage a team of 20
• Partner closely with the VP of Operations and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of warehouse strategy with broader company goals
• Lead the transformation and scaling of warehouse infrastructure
• Implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
• Manage warehouse budgeting, cost controls, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations, ideally within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food-related industries
• Demonstrated success in leading warehouse expansion, growth, or transformation projects
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to operate tactically when needed
• Experience managing budgets and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's Degree
