Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Partner with finance, operations, and business teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews by preparing models and data visualizations
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business processes
• Document key processes and maintain data integrity across systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in a financial analyst or business analyst role
• Strong proficiency in SQL (data extraction and transformation required)
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Solid understanding of financial statements and business metrics
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with ETL processes or data warehousing concepts
• Exposure to ERP systems or financial planning software
