Duties:

  • Responsible for management of financials, bi-weekly, and month-end inventory for all Food & Beverage (alongside General Manager and Executive Chef), supplies
  • Ensures all adherence to Company policies, procedures and systems
  • Ensures adequate amount of inventory is on hand, adjusts PAR levels as needed in respect to business levels
  • Maintain vendors, employees, schedules, PLU’s, Recipes
  • Maintains New Hire onboarding and Payroll records
  • Assist in maintaining guest and employee claims
  • Ensure renewal of all appropriate licenses, permits and all Company mandated postings
  • Makes bank deposits, maintains

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of administrative/bookkeeping experience (Hospitality experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Utilize daily, weekly and monthly deliverables to ensure positive results
