As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat. Key Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat

Technical & Skills Requirements

Compensation & Scheduling
Starting pay: $25/hour
Raises available to $30–$35/hour after 30 quality-approved shifts
Shift selection is done weekly through a self-service scheduling platform. Shifts are available 24/7. Minimum 15 hours per week required.
Training & Onboarding
– 2-hour online onboarding program
– Practice chats with simulated customers
– First live shift monitored for quality assurance
– Paid shifts begin within 3–5 business days
Sample Shift Experience
On a typical shift, you might assist a customer who forgot their password, another needing help applying a discount, and a third wanting to update billing information. All interactions are handled via live chat using company-provided scripts and internal tools.
