As the Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience. You’ll work closely with providers, staff, and patients to uphold clinical standards, drive team accountability, and support the clinic’s business goals.

Job Description

  • Lead and supervise front desk and clinical support staff
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and billing oversight
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and OSHA standards
  • Serve as the point of contact for patient concerns or escalations
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new staff members
  • Monitor inventory and manage supply ordering within budget
  • Coordinate with providers and corporate support teams
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Foster a professional, courteous, and team-oriented culture
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of medical office or clinic management experience (dermatology or specialty preferred)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), scheduling software, and insurance workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology is a plus

Job Type:

  • Full-time, Monday- Friday
  • Pay starting at $55,000/yr

Education:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
