Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple asset types, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives are met from design through construction completion.
  • Support early-stage development efforts, including site selection, feasibility studies, and due diligence to assess project viability and risk.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors, and legal advisors) to ensure alignment throughout the development process.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, tracking performance and proactively addressing deviations to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reporting materials for internal stakeholders and capital partners across all three asset verticals.
  • Contribute to entitlement and permitting strategies , working closely with local authorities and planning consultants to secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure consistency in delivery standards, applying best practices in construction management, risk mitigation, and vendor oversight across the full portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years overseeing real estate development or construction projects, ideally with exposure to multifamily, student-oriented, hospitality, or mixed-use assets.
  • Team Leadership : Skilled in coordinating and directing third-party construction managers, general contractors, and technical consultants.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and local permitting workflows.
