Job Description

Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Lab Technician

Location: Byesville, OH

Pay Range:

Shift: First shift (6:30am-3:00pm), then moving to either 2nd or 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Assessment of finished product quality using standard test methods.
• Data entry of test results into SAP software.
• Provide support to plant production to ensure continuous quality operations.
• Investigate, collect data and implement solutions to quality issues.
• Recommend changes and improvements based upon analysis, knowledge and experience.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry.
