The Austin office of Naman Howell has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist. The receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors and callers and is responsible for all facility-related operations. This individual also provides administrative support to the attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as a file clerk.
This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the legal field. Historically, this position has been considered as a potential training ground for future advancement within the firm. Several receptionists have been promoted to other positions within the firm as the right timing and opportunities have arisen.

Required Skills:
This is a full-time position. Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Business casual attire required Monday through Friday.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Receptionists are required to work in the office during standard business hours Monday - Friday. Working from home before or after business hours and/or on weekends may be required occasionally to successfully complete one’s work. Staff members are exposed to typical office working conditions. Staff members should be able to stand, sit at an office space, speak and understand the English language, lift computer equipment, supplies and materials, and use office equipment and computers.
