Job Description For Solar Sellers:

As a Solar Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to sell solar solutions virtually in 25 states nationwide, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the sales process to achieve their solar energy goals.

Job Description For Setters:

As a Solar Setter you will set up appointments to be assigned to closers. You can get paid with our "fast pay" program right when the proposal presentation is completed. You start at $50 per proposal and can work your way up to $100 per proposal presentation (based on volume). You will also receive an M2 commission of 20% of the projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at install/PTO. You have the option to switch to a solar sales professional to close your own deals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual sales presentations to potential customers.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and our top-tier equipment.
Explain financing options, including power purchase agreements and leases.
Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and warranties.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in solar or a related industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct virtual sales presentations.
Highly motivated with a drive to succeed.
