The Salesforce Administrator will manage the configuration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role supports Salesforce Sales Cloud, Veeva, Sales Performance Management, Experience Cloud, and Marketing integrations to assist commercial operations, field sales teams, and HCP/HCO engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and IT to implement scalable solutions aligned with business goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls, ensuring compliance and policy alignment. Perform configuration tasks including creation of objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards. Serve as the expert for Salesforce platform functionality, supporting users and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements supporting omnichannel engagement and territory management. Monitor data integrity, perform data maintenance, and support bulk data uploads and migrations using tools like Data Loader and Workbench. Support integration with platforms like Pitcher, IQVIA, Veeva, and Marketing Cloud for HCP/HCO interactions and campaign tracking. Maintain documentation of system configurations, data flows, and user guides; ensure audit readiness per pharma standards. Train users and provide ongoing support to ensure high adoption of CRM tools across teams. Proficient in data mapping, cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation, experienced with Salesforce Data Loader, Excel, SQL, and ETL frameworks. Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes like Copado, including version control, automated deployments, user story promotion, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable releases. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required. Additional certifications are a plus. Experience supporting regulated environments (GxP, compliance, audit). Strong understanding of CRM data models, reporting, and pharma-specific use cases such as HCP targeting, sampling compliance, and territory alignment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. #LI-Hybrid Physical & Mental Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods.
