LHH is partnering with a growing, PE-backed company on a newly created Senior Financial Analyst role!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand key drivers and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages.
• Support ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to guide business decisions.
• Partner with IT and data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
