This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, engineering, and customer value.

  • Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, marketing, and sales—to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Support go-to-market planning and execution, including internal training, documentation, and sales enablement.
  • Define and track key success metrics for products and feature releases.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business goals for both internal tools and external-facing solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
  • Demonstrated success delivering secure, scalable software products.
  • Analytical mindset with experience making data-informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Deliverables

  • A strategic product roadmap that guides development and investment across the software portfolio.
  • User stories, product specs, and feature requirements delivered consistently and aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Successful product launches with clear internal alignment and customer adoption metrics.
  • Data systems and APIs that enable seamless, secure, and scalable programmatic delivery of customer insights.
  • Ongoing performance analyses with recommendations for iterative improvement.
