Studio Artist Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Studio Artist to join our Creative Services team. This role is crucial in bringing our creative visions to life through high-quality production across various media. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the Production Studio Manager, Project Managers, Print Producers, Retouchers, and the Creative department to produce cross-campaign production files and deliverables.
  • Ensure the highest quality of asset build and production, maintaining brand and project consistency across all assets to meet exacting standards.
  • Manage quality control and consistency for a wide range of assets, including (but not limited to) social posts, stories, carousels, digital banners, and print & digital OOH mechanicals and extensions.
  • Execute production-heavy tasks, focusing on efficient and precise delivery once projects move from conception to production.
  • Work extensively within Adobe Creative Suite, delivering multiple assets for various clients. (Some light animation work may also be involved).
  • Utilize Google Workspace tools (Slides, Docs, Email) effectively.
  • Primarily support major clients like Ford and McDonald’s, with opportunities to rotate to other clients for broader agency exposure and skill development.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who is highly organized and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess 3+ years of experience in a similar studio or production artist role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Must have strong knowledge of print production , including a foundational understanding of color, resolution, smart objects, and pre-press.
  • Proficient in branding and brand guideline management , with a keen eye for consistency.
  • Demonstrable digital experience , including the ability to build and adapt assets for social media platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including file naming conventions and asset management, ensuring seamless handover and collaboration.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new team structures and client guidelines.
  • Possess a strong balance of speed and quality in your work, delivering accurate assets efficiently.
