Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Visual Merchandiser Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in bringing the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty brand to life across retail environments in the US market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in visual merchandising, project management, and budget oversight within the luxury and beauty sectors. They will work closely with the global team and external suppliers to ensure a seamless execution of brand visuals across multiple retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

  • Lead and manage all visual merchandising projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Oversee budgets for visual merchandising projects, including cost analysis and supplier negotiations.
  • Coordinate with the global team to manage project timelines, and approvals, ensuring consistency across the US markets.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for visual installations, including shipping, assembly, and quality control.

2. Vendor and Supplier Management:

  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, creative teams, and production partners to deliver high-quality displays on time and within budget.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to maximize value while maintaining quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key US retail partners to ensure effective collaboration and execution of visual merchandising strategies.

3. Strategic Brand Development:

  • Develop and implement creative solutions to optimize retail spaces, enhance brand visibility, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve in-store presentations and brand positioning.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership, providing insights on project status, challenges, and strategic opportunities.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Coordinate team efforts to ensure consistency in visual standards across all projects.
  • Manage team resources effectively to balance workload and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, project management, or a similar role, with a strong focus on the US market, preferably in the luxury beauty or fashion industry.
  • Experience in permanent and temporary executions across the US is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, suppliers, and complex timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding, retail environments, and customer experience.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required to oversee installations and site visits.
