Description: SART nurse certified in both adult and pediatic medical-forensic assessment, examination, patient care and documentation of adult and pediatric services after sexual assault, domestic violence, child maltreatment and strangulation. May be required to provide community education. Expected to be on call as required for patient care after busines hours. Influenza and COVID inital vaccination and booster required. Additional TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS PLUS BOOSTER??. FLU VACCINES ARE ALSO REQUIRED AND EXEMPTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Proof of vaccination must include the vaccine type, lot number, expiration date, date and site administered . The full name of the employee must also be visible in the submitted record. If the vaccines were administered when the employee was a child and is applying with different name, (married, etc.) then this must be indicated in the documentation. As an alternative titers from a diagnostic lab indicating appropriate level of immunity can be submitted. Titers cannot be more than 10 years old.
