The individual will need an understanding of ABA requirements, the ability to teach within the program, and to coordinate the curriculum. Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree (PhD or other doctorate related to behavior analysis, education, or psychology preferred), graduate-level coursework in behavioral analysis, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
