What We’re Looking For:

• MUST have an active Real Estate License

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A service-oriented mindset and a “no task too small” attitude

• Comfortable using MLS systems (MLS experience is a plus)

• Confident in social media management and content creation

• Sales experience or prior real estate background is a bonus

• Trustworthy, professional, and polished in client interactions

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
